Google’s New Office in Downtown Toronto is an Absolute Marvel

Google is not only known for introducing various new services and products for their customers, they also seem to amaze the employees of other organization as well as their own thanks to their distinctive setup within their offices. The latest example of their imagination and attention to detail is Google’s recently opened space in downtown Toronto.

 

Each floor in this new office is designed differently than the others and most of them are setup in a way that one would not typically associate with anything remotely corporate. There are five floors in this office and each of them is colour-coded with multiple lounge areas to encourage employees to work together in a synergistic atmosphere.

 

Similarly there are numerous meeting rooms or areas in this new space by Google, which are designed completely differently from one another. Moreover, employees are allowed to write on windows and walls of these rooms with white board style markers. Google has designed each corner of this office in a different style, so that it meets the demanding and innovative work of their staff, which requires an unorthodox approach to building an office employees who love their jobs will thrive in.

 

In addition, Google has also taken care of the fact that their employees will enjoy a variety of furniture that ranges from standard large sofas to unconventional chairs, floor seating and so on. Phone booths are also setup in this premises providing employees with privacy and a quiet area to talk or make a call. The small phone booths also pays tribute to famous pop singer Celine Dion, whose poster can be seen on the glass wall.

 

Another special feature of this new office is the Tent, which is used as an alternate meeting area as well. Employees have facilities like nicely decorated kitchens, cafeteria and well equipped gym facilities to promote a healthy life.

 

As far as entertainment is concerned – video games, Foosball tables and billiards can also be found at Google Toronto. On top of all of that, the entire premises supports technology, allowing employeesto carry their work to any area and continue it seamlessly. In a few words, Google has provided the best atmosphere and working conditions to their employees in their downtown Toronto office that will certainly brings the best out of the staff members.
