Canada based social media management site HootSuite Media has released a brand new integration called Promoted Products with Twitter on Wednesday, February 20th, which will be one of the first Ads API associates of the micro-blogging website. According to TechVibes, the Vancouver-based startup says this will be the first time when, “social media buyers and practitioners can work together to simplify the workflow associated with buying Promoted Tweets and amplify these messages in real-time from the company’s dashboard.” Twitter has acknowledged that partners like HootSuite are “important extensions” of its products. The president of global revenue at Twitter, Adam Bain said that the micro-blogging website is thrilled to “see their ability to help nontraditional marketers use Promoted Products as an exciting opportunity for both companies and our users.”

Besides, HootSuite Twitter has given its ads API to several other companies, which includes Adobe, TBG Digital and Salesforce.

Shedding light on the news, the CEO of HootSuite, Ryan Holmes said that, “HootSuite provides our clients with the ability to amplify their owned content, keeping them at the forefront of social advertising opportunities. This process is now a simple and efficient one. The new integration allows stakeholders in social businesses to instantly buy Promoted Tweets and Accounts from their HootSuite dashboard using our secure, role-based team workflow.”

The latest reports from Vizu, BIA/Kelsey and eMarketer indicate that spending on social marketing is likely to climb steadily until 2016. One reason behind this steady increase is social growth, whereas the second reason is that social networks like Facebook and Twitter are making it more and more simple for the companies to spend money with them.

The micro-blogging website posted on its blog that, “We’re always working on ways to make it easier to manage campaigns and get more value out of advertising with us. One important step is to enable a diverse group of companies that can integrate seamlessly with our ads platform. We’ve been testing the Twitter Ads API since January with our partners, and today we’re officially launching it. We think it will give you a fuller set of options to manage advertising on Twitter.”

The Vancouver-based company says that the new integration offers different benefits to customers. “Users can deploy and discover organic content and amplify through paid campaigning; empower team members to assign tweets to paid media managers for amplification; showcase in-dashboard analytics to decide which social media messages deserve amplification; use data to create paid media strategies and elevate the impact of social media campaigns; and more,” according to TechVibes.
