TQ App Review – Ovoto

Ovoto is a free app for iOS and Android users to help them make their decisions quickly and easily when they are confronted by the difficulty of making such selections. Whenever you are not sure about what to do, this app will help you get the opinion of people you trust – your friends. Gone are the days when you used to call your best friend and ask them what you should wear on a date or what would be the perfect outfit for a picnic. Now Ovoto has made the decision making process easier for you and them. Through this app you can create a poll that will be shared with your Facebook friends who can vote on the poll and you will be in a better position to make your choice.

What’s good?

 

The simplicity of this app is pretty admirable. You can create a poll quite easily and share it with your friends without any hassle, though you will have to authorise Ovoto to access your Facebook account. Once the poll is created, it will be visible on the Facebook feed of your friends. Your friends who have Ovoto downloaded in their phones can vote through the app without needing to access their respective Facebook accounts.

 

What’s not?

 

When you create a poll, the app will give you an option of adding a verb after a “Should I” text that is generated automatically. So if you are going to decide between two movies, you can create a poll asking “Should I Watch” this movie or that movie. Although there are captions for the images, there are no personalised messages to explain the question and you will have to stick with the automatically generated message.

 

Our Take

 

It is fun to use this app and get opinion of your friends on a number of topics. Likewise, you, too, can vote on your friends’ polls and help them when they are seriously confused over making a choice. This free app is worth giving a try for social butterflies everywhere with friends whose opinions are worth nothing.
