Indicee Rolls Out Analytics App for Sales and Chatter on Salesforce App Exchange

Indicee, a cloud-based intelligence app that assists business users has announced on Tuesday, April 16th that it has introduced Indicee Analytics for Sales and Chatter on App Exchange on Salesforce. According to the Vancouver-based company its analytical app will enable businesses to connect with their partners, employees and customers “in entirely new ways.” Indicee believes that the new app will give companies insight into Salesforce Chatter activity, so they can find out how they are impacting essential performance indicators of sales like win rates, time to close rates and order values.

 

Explaining the new app, founder of Indicee, Mark Cunningham said that, “Indicee Analytics answers the most critical social business question: how are my social activities influencing the bottom-line? We all know that being more social can provide real competitive advantage and enhance business performance. But companies also want to know why, by how much, and how to keep improving.”

 

He added that, “It’s really exciting to be able to prove out the social business value story with this app and to see the positive impact that Salesforce Chatter is having for hundreds of organizations.”

 

On this occasion, Senior Vice President, ISV & Channel, Salesforce, Ron Huddleston stated that, “Many companies are looking at how best they can leverage social tools and strategies to connect with their customers in entirely new ways. By leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform, partners such as Indicee are empowering customers with analytics that provide a window into how social tools are being adopted and the impact they’re having on their business.”

 

Indicee is basically an online app that helps users swiftly merge data from spreadsheets and various business systems reports, which enables them to efficiently share and analyze the data in order to make better decisions in business. In short, at a basic level, Indicee frees the users from the toil of cobbling the data together in a spreadsheet each week. Whereas on a higher level, the app endeavors to be a means for innovation by offering an online place where users can share, analyze and sort out problems more effectively. Now with new analytics app Indicee will be able to offer better services to its users.

 

Indicee has been offering these services from 2006, when the Vancouver-based company was founded. Later in 2009, the Canadian company managed to secure $6 million in a Series A, which was at that time led by Yaletown Ventures and Granite Ventures.
