Talk Queen has shown the alleged images of iPad 5’ front cover, which seemed to have taken its design cues from Apple’s iPad Mini with the narrow side unlike the current model of the 10-inch slate. These alleged leaked images of the next generation of iPad were issued by Tactus that does have a good track record when it comes to leaks. Previously it has not published leaked pictures of any noteworthy device and the ones it has issued proved to be untrue. However, now the site appears to be working hard in order to improve its reputation and after issuing the images of iPad 5’s front cover Tactus has now published leaked pictures of the back cover of the long rumoured inexpensive iPhone. Since this is the first leaked image that has claimed to show the rear cover of the cheaper version of iPhone therefore it cannot be said with certainty that it’s real.

The design of the alleged back cover of the inexpensive iPhone reasonably matches with the description that several tech analysts have mentioned in their reports.

As the KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo claimed in his research note that the “Apple’s lower-cost iPhone has been rumoured to be arriving with a plastic shell in a number of different colours, and Apple’s efforts to keep the shell as thin as possible.” It seems that the second prediction from Kuo was not right because the rear cover in this picture appears to be slight thicker with the polycarbonate material than the analyst might have expected it to be.

Aside from the image, Tactus also asserts that it has obtained some specifications of the inexpensive version of the iPhone.

“I’ve also heard on the grapevine that the alleged budget iPhone will have an A5 processor like the iPad Mini with a 32nm diecast. It’s also rumoured it will have a 3.5 inch retina screen, much like the 4S, but not as big as the iPhone 5 … I’ve also discovered the factory producing this secretive project have confirmed the device will be available in Black, White, Blue, Red and Yellow.”

Since there it is not confirmed that the alleged leaked image of the inexpensive version of iPhone are real, we all have to wait for an official confirmation or some more leaks in order to know the truth about the leaked image.
