Although, Samsung has hinted that they are going to reveal a new portrait shaped TV in the upcoming CES 2013, this does not mean that the South Korean electronics giant was going to end the 2012 year without announcing any new products. According to the latest update, Samsung has announced not one, but two new devices, thereby ending their incredible 2012 year on a good note.

These new devices from Samsung are two different monitor models. One of them is called 7 Touch (SC770) and the second one is known as Series 7 (SC750). The Series 7 Touch (SC770) is basically designed to integrate with Microsoft Windows 8, as it is the first ever multi-touch display monitor that Samsung has produced to date.

The screen size of Series 7 Touch is 24 inches and sports a resolution of 1,920 x 1080 together with 178-degree viewing angles. The 24 inch multi-touch monitor also has an adjustable stand that can turn up to 60 degrees.

On the other hand, the Series 7 (SC750) monitor is not a multi-touch device but it boasts a display of 27 inches and the screen resolution of this model is not too shabby at 1080P.. On top of that, this monitor can tilt up to 90 degrees, so the users will be able to view content without any difficulty in both portrait and scenery modes.

Both monitors will be made available for sale in the market during the first quarter of next year. Although Samsung has not revealed the price of these two latest monitors, expect that they will be close at hand during CES 2013.
