According to Mashable and BGR, photos may have emerged of what appears to be the final design of the highly anticipated iPhone 5. The photos, which come courtesy of coolzonepda.com.cn indicated a device that matches various rumours that have been swirling regarding the sixth generation iPhone and changes from previous models.

Based on speculated release dates (late September or October of this year), the phone should be near if not already in the process of being manufactured by long time Apple collaborator Foxconn, who have had issues with leaked Apple photos and specs before.

The device appears to feature a larger screen than previous incarnations of the phone, which TQ had reported about as well as what appears to be a smaller dock connector. The revised 19 pin connector (as opposed to the 30 pin we are used to) appears to be due to the earphone jack being moved to the bottom of the device now rather than the top. Other expected features include a thinner overall profile as well as 4G LTE and NFC capability.

Although the photos appear convincing and do corroborate with what we have been hearing regarding the most hotly anticipated phone ever, we will have to wait with baited breath until we see the final product. Apple is notorious for keeping their products and their specs secret, and we expect no less this time around.
