The world’s largest flexible workspace provider, Regus, has recently opened its first co-working venue in Vancouver, Canada. This new location is called the Regus Yaletown Centre and is built in the posh Yaletown area of the city and is the 11th full-service business centre from Regus. According to the flexible workspace provider the new location has a decor “that reflects Yaletown’s unique style” and it “provides a creative collaborative environment that offers all the amenities a business could need to succeed.” The new space offers a wide range of options to the startup community in the region, which not only includes fully equipped work places, but it also offers meeting rooms, membership space, a virtual office with “a prestigious address” and office support that people can use as per their own conditions. In this way Regus will truly allow its customers to focus on their core business and make the best use of their talents to get excellent results.

The President of Regus for Canada, Wes Lenci, predicted that the trend of using co-working spaces will be see a significant rise in 2013. Wes explained this by saying that, “Research has shown that collaborative co-working spaces are proven to increase self-confidence due to a flexible working environment and being surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded professionals. Members who use co-working spaces are more likely to expand their business networks and are more up to date on the latest business trends.”
