Ahead of the BlackBerry 10 launch, Research in Motion has made its BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 available for download.

This service takes care of the needs of smartphone users who must not necessarily use a BlackBerry device. Many companies deploy BlackBerry in their enterprise system but the ones that do not can also benefit from the new service, which includes a single console for managing BlackBerry, Android and iOS devices. Peter Devenyi, senior vice president, Enterprise Software, RIM, said, via company’s website:

“BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 empowers employees to be more productive and better equipped to serve customers while it provides business and IT leaders with the confidence that corporate data is protected and manageable in the same way they have long enjoyed with BlackBerry. BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 makes mobility easy for businesses to help keep them moving.”

In the ever-growing smartphone market, RIM has lost its value, especially because of dominance of Apple and Samsung. These companies have taken over a large portion of the market and even though there is a lot of room for RIM to accommodate, there is a serious competition.

BlackBerry 10, which is going to be launched later this month, is expected to once again bring RIM in the limelight. BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 facilitates users who do not even use BlackBerry devices and these services might inspire them to use the BlackBerry 10. So far, the reports with respect to the possible response for the BlackBerry 10 are positive. With just a few days left in the big launch of RIM’s prime creation, the market is also gearing up to welcome another competitor for Apple and Samsung.
