Apple has not released the next generation of iPhone yet but several tech analysts have referred to the forthcoming smartphone of Apple as iPhone 5S. The Cupertino-based company launched the last edition of its smartphone back in 2012 and since then we have heard all kinds of rumours regarding the next gen of the iPhone. Latest in this regard is that Apple will probably reveal the brand new iPhone 5S for the first time on September 10th during a media event and it is anticipated that it’s going to be “most successfull launch ever” in the history of the company, according to Trip Chowdhry, who is an analyst and Managing Director of Equity Research.

The Managing Director of Equity Research is of the view that the next gen flagship smartphone of Apple will break all previous records for sales. Talking to Benzinga, Chowdhry said that, “The new iPhones will be massively successful. This will be the most successful product launch ever in the history of Apple.”

“These are surprising words from Chowdhry, who has been very critical of Apple’s managers. He frequently criticizes Apple for failing to deliver new and innovative products on a regular basis.” As on the other hand, analyst severally criticised Apple by saying that the company is not working on innovative ideas. In addition to this, the analyst also said that the iOS device producer also needs to have a “complete innovation equation in place” plus it’s time for Tim Cook to focus on the work.

Here is what Chowdhry said about Cook, “He’s an operational guy. I’m not saying he’s a bad guy. He should be heading up operations.” Irrespective of what Chowdhry thinks of Apple, the California-based tech giant has managed to sell more than 5 million units of the current iPhone 5 model in just the first three days after it had made the handset available for sale.

Reports suggest that the next edition of iPhone would most probably boast the same design that the current iPhone 5 have, but it is expected that Apple would make some significant internal changes in the next gen smartphone. For instance it may feature thumb scan button at the bottom to give more security to the owners and a dual led flash light could be found on the back of the iPhone 5S to give users better results in low light.
