Last month TQ brought word from Samsung Canada that the Korean tech giant would be releasing their hotly anticipated Galaxy Note 10.1 sometime this month. According to the good people at Mobile Syrup, that day is rapidly approaching.
The aforementioned tech blog has stated that according to Future Shop’s latest flyer, the tablet has officially been given pre-order status. For those interested in acquiring the Note 10.1, the advertised 32 GB Wi-Fi only model can be procured for $499.99.
The S-Pen enhanced device will feature a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM as well as a 5MP rear camera and 1.9MP front-facing camera. The tablet will run Android’s popular 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS to be enjoyed on a 10.1 inch 1280×800 resolution display.
There is no word yet on whether 3G or LTE enabled versions of the 10.1 will be launching.
UPDATE: Best Buy currently has the Galaxy Note 10.1 available for purchase for $499.99.
