HTC Windows Phone 8X is Gearing up to Make its Debut in Canada on November 15

Even before the launch of the Microsoft Surface tablet, several Windows Phone 8 smartphones were already standing in queue, waiting for their turn to be launched across the globe. As this breed of smartphones will introduce the new Microsoft Phone 8 OS that gadget aficionados in Canada have been awaiting anxiously for some time, the devices will come with a considerable amount of inherited expectation.

 

One such device has already been released in Canada by Nokia this past week, and now it’s HTC’s turn to reveal their Windows Phone 8X on Canadian soil. According to the good people at Mobile Syrup it is now confirmed that HTC’s Windows Phone 8X is ready to hit Canadian markets on Thursday, November 15 via major Canadian carrier Bell. Aside from Bell, Rogers is also expected to release this new windows based smartphone however this has yet to be officially confirmed.

 

Although, the release date of HTC 8X in Canada is just around the corner, Bell nor any other carrier has yet to unveil pricing details. Regardless of the fact that pricing remains unknown, customers in Canada can inveigle themselves by taking a peek at the specs of this amazing smartphone.

 

This Windows based mobile is LTE-enabled and it has a 4.3 inch screen with 720p HD display. As far as the processor is concerned, the 8X bears a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU and its internal storing capacity is 16 GB. The 8X has two cameras, one at the back and other in the front, both of which can shoot HD videos. The rear camera is 8 megapixels, while the front facing camera is 2 megapixels. Moreover, this phone also features Beats Audio enhancements and it weighs only 130 grams.
