The general consensus is that Apple is likely to launch its new iPhones on September 10th, however according to the latest report from Bloomberg, a reputable media outlet, Cupertino-based company is also going to unveil the next generations of its 10-inch iPad and 7-inch iPad Mini on September 10 along with the new iPhone 5S and low-cost iPhone 5C. th enews outlets states that, “The Cupertino, California-based company plans to introduce new versions of its phone and tablet at a Sept. 10 event, a person familiar with the matter has said, and the company promised “several more game changers” in the product pipeline as it tries to fend off Samsung Electronics Co. (005930) and Chinese makers selling cheaper handsets.”
Although, Bloomberg has a good track record when it comes to making predictions regarding the future Apple products, but its latest revelation does not look too authentic because if we look at the history of California-based tech giant the company has never announced its iPads and iPhones at the same event, as it has always organised two different events to announce them. Therefore, common sense rejects Bloomberg’s claim.
More importantly, Jim Dalrymple of The Loop has also declined Bloomberg’s report, as his well connected sources have confirmed that Apple is not going to launch the next-gen iPads along with the two iPhones on September 10. Therefore, Dalrymple simply said “nope” to the report in fact he repeated that “no iPads”. So it seems quite clear now that we are only going to see the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C on September 10th.
To the extent iPhone 5S is concerned reports suggests that it will carry the brand new A7 chip of Apple, which is 31 percent faster than the A6 chip that is integrated in current iPhone 5 model. Moreover, leaked images have confirmed that iPhone 5S will boast dual LED flash and Apple will introduce it two different colours. White & gold/champaign and black & graphite are the two new shades, while the other two will be the same colours that the company is offering in the current version of the smartphone white & silver and black & slate.
To the extent , low-cost iPhone 5C is concerned, leaked reports indicates that it will come in a plastic clad and just like Apple’s iPod it will be introduced in different colours. Let’s see to what extent these predictions regarding the two iPhones will come true.
