Searching the internet has become more important than ever thanks to the vast amounts of content and traffic that occurs on a daily basis. Using technology to optimize the search process and experience has long been a breadwinner for various firms as well as a way to bring information to people in better ways than those prior.

A Toronto-based company is looking to take search to yet another platform with their innovative and intelligently created search engine. TTP Logic Group has created the aforementioned engine, known as QuadLook to display information into four quadrants to align you with the type of information you are looking for.

The engine, which is currently in beta displays a bevy of information that is categorized into the following quadrants:

Top Left – standard website results akin to those we know and expect

Top Right – related images and video files from YouTube

Lower Left – results from Wikipedia and other popular and influential blogs

Lower Right – news as well as updated information and messages from Twitter.

Each dimension can be expanded to cover the entirety of the screen with one click and returned back to its quadrant with the same amount of effort.

I encourage all of you to try QuadLook. We were pleased with its ability to search the internet with impressive speed considering how the results are organized and sorted. It allows you to see results pertaining to different aspects of whatever it is that you searched, giving a full picture of the material.
