Report – Samsung Galaxy S IV Will Have an Eye Scrolling Feature to Read Text Hands Free

We all know that Samsung is gearing up to launch its next generation flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S IV, on March 14th in New York City and with each passing day our eyes look either for a leaked image or information related to the device. Still a clear idea of the Galaxy S IV has not appeared online like the smartphones of other companies but gradually features are coming to light. Yesterday we at TQ informed readers that Samsung’s homegrown Octa Exynos chip was found in Galaxy S IV in the Antutu benchmark test results. Now according to the latest report the Galaxy S IV is likely to boast an eye scrolling feature as well. The newly added feature will make it easy for the Galaxy S IV users to read messages or any kind of text on the device without using their hands.

 

The report comes from the New York Times which mentioned that the next Galaxy S series phone will have the capability to sense the placement of a user’s eyes on the page. Therefore, when the new software tracks the eye movement close to the bottom of the display it automatically scrolls down the page so user can read the rest of the paragraphs or text.

 

According to a Samsung employee the newly incorporated publication software will prove the best feature of the forthcoming smartphone, even more than its hardware. However, the idea of an eye scrolling feature was not a complete revelation because it came to the light long before the new report.
