Samsung announced the Galaxy S IV on Thursday, March 14th and also revealed which telecom carriers in and outside the US will be making the new smartphone available to their consumers. As far as Canadians are concerned, soon we will also be able to get our hands on the Galaxy S IV in “frost white” and “black mist” colour schemes through almost every telecom carrier, as Samsung Canada has said in a statement that, “The Samsung GALAXY S 4 will be available Q2 in Canada from Bell, Eastlink, Fido, Koodo, Mobilicity, Rogers, SaskTel, TELUS, Videotron, Virgin Mobile and Wind Mobile and their authorized channels. Further details will be released closer to Canadian availability.” MTS in Monitoba is the only telecom company that is missing from this index.
However, Samsung Canada has neither shed light on the exact date of availability of Galaxy S IV in Canada and nor on the price tag of the latest device. But it is expected that the Galaxy S IV will hit the shelves in mid of May. For the time being, check out the full specs of the latest Galaxy S series phone.
