CES 2013 saw Samsung showcase its latest 4K ultra high definition screen packing some great features that will appeal to premium buyers looking for the best viewing experience.

At 85 inches, Samsung’s UN85S9 4K television screen may not the biggest seen at CES but it is certainly bigger than fierce competitor LG’s offering which is a full one inch smaller. Packing tonnes of features the S9 boasts everything needed by someone looking for the best viewing experience.

Taking Smart TV to the next level, the UN85S9 has improved voice interaction capabilities while it also boasts a powerful quad-core processor to help power all the features included. It also contains the S-Recommendation engine which suggests content to users in thumbnails at the bottom of the screen. This engine will be augmented by the enhanced Smart Hub application with a new programme guide as well as more content.

This is currently Samsung’s flagship 4K television screen offering with the quad-core processor powering the television’s Motion Judder Canceller as well as Frame Rate Conversion engine. It also features technologies fully integrated with Samsung’s mobile devices with connectivity options to stream content between the screen and the mobile device.

It also incorporates Samsung’s brilliant All Share application allowing the user to monitor smart appliances from the screen.

What is most striking about the screen is its design which allows the viewer to tilt the screen up or down while giving a stylish and aesthetic look. Samsung will push the screen on the market this year but like all ultra high definition screens it won’t come cheap.
