Over the years numerous technologies and methods have been introduced to boost the performance of companies, so they can not only improve their business  dealings, but their bottom line as well. Some of these methods and technologies have worked well, while others have flopped spectacularly. This has not stopped different performance management companies to come up with new ideas that can help firms to improve their performance. The most recent addition to this list is Happiily, a performance management firm that has introduced a unique web application by the name of ‘Tell Your Boss Anything’. This application helps companies enhance their communication by allowing workers to send feedback to their managers without revealing their identity, as the message send through this app does not show any name.

Therefore, employees or workers, who are afraid to openly express their views about a policy, product or any other issue, related to the company can use this app to register a constructive criticism or comment about that problem with their managers. In this way they will not only be able to point out an issue with their superiors, but they will also be protected from the negative side effects of people not agreeing with their thoughts.

However, this anonymity that ‘Tell Your Boss Anything’ app offers to employees cannot be used to send abusive or violent messages or phrases to managers because Happiily has integrated flags and filters in this application that blocks such comments. Moreover, this app also allows managers to respond to comments from employees, as both parties are offered tools in ‘Tell Your Boss Anything’ through which they can discuss and solve issues.
