For many new start-ups and growing businesses, the time commitment, paperwork and expertise required for accounting, administration and human resources is both beyond the scope of the businesses’ founders and detrimental to the focus required to build a business. These facts created a need for a company like Scalabiity.ca, which aims to aid businesses of all sizes by providing a one stop shop for taking care of the aforementioned “back office services” so that the businesses’ leaders can focus on improving and generating more business.

Founded by the duo of Raymond Luk and Ange Tancock, the firm focuses on tech startups and provides a wide range of services that aid a business in keeping on top of crucial aspects of their business that is best handled by experts and experienced parties. It is this fact that should allow Scalability, which operates in the cloud to track and archive all documentation and transactions for a business (even going as far as to open and sort mail if need be) to thrive. All of these services as provided from one source and all questions that may arise will be answered by actual people from Scalability who have been put in charge of various services for your company.

Packages are currently being offered on a monthly basis and include free business evaluations for all interested parties. There is definite value in the evaluation, as Scalability began as a spin-off business of Flow Ventures, a nationally recognized and reputable consulting firm for ventures and startups. Packages begin at $699 a month for small firms that find themselves in the early funding stages. The pricier monthly package of $1,999 is for firms that are already established, VC funded and earning annual revenues of at least $500K.

Given the significant costs associated with many of the back office services, the prices offered can be considered a significant bargain for those firms that are focused on growing aggressively. Premium services can also be purchased individually with hourly charges. These include everything from hiring and releasing of employees to actual legal representation at board meetings.

Scalability aims to eliminate two of the main concerns with outsourcing such services right off the bat. First and foremost, they swear and stand by the fact that they will not outsource any services that they agree to offer. Secondly and just as importantly, business owners will maintain full control over everything that a business does in said services, as nothing is done without their prior consent.

Scalability has plans to expand their services into the U.S. as well as Canada, given the rising number of startups and their likely lack of human resource and tax planning expertise. Beyond North America, the company also plans to offer their services globally, in line with the fact that more and more the entire planet is becoming a single marketplace.

I had been wondering if you ever considered modifying the page layout of your website? It is very well written; I really like what youve got to state. But maybe you can add a a bit more in the way of written content so people might connect to it better. You have got a great deal of text for only having one or two graphics. Maybe you could space it out better?
