Scribble Technologies, a Toronto-based startup that offers engagement management solutions on a real-time basis, has declared on Wednesday, June 19th that it has secured $8 million in funding during a round that was guided by Georgian Partners. On this occasion, the Canada-based startup also revealed the names of other contributors, which includes Rogers Venture Partners, Summerhill Venture Partners and Export Development Canada. To the extent the usage of the $8 million fund is concerned, Scribble said that it will utilize the capital “to accelerate its growth in the enterprise market, to fast-track ongoing global expansion, and to continue to develop its flagship solutions, ScribbleLive and ScribbleMarket.”
Cofounder and CEO of Scribble, Michael De Monte said that, “Scribble powers some of the most important media companies in the world by enabling them to create, publish and amplify content in real-time.
