Vision Objects is an innovative firm that has developed hand writing recognition technology which has completely revolutionized the touch screen world, as after its inception the new software has given breath to a whole new breed of hand held devices. This range of new hand held devices includes tablets and smartphones

The journey of this iconic technology is just getting started as more and more companies are looking to add this software’s functionality into their devices. Among these companies, Samsung is top of the top of the list as the Korean firm and Vision Objects have just signed a deal for the Galaxy Note series.

As part of the agreement, Vision Objects has inserted hand writing technology into the S-note application and input panel of the Galaxy Note I, II and Tab 10.1 tablet, with a possible chance of extension in cooperation between the two companies moving forward.

In a statement, Vision Objects CEO Stefan Knerr said that, “Our partnership with Samsung is a great step forward in showing the industry that smartphones and tablets can be used for content creation and not solely for media consumption. The tablet market is driven by mobility needs — but until now tablets have been used to access information, not create it.”

This is not the only part of what is sure to be a busy year end for Vision Objects, as they are all set to launch the next version of their application that supports the iPad’s “smart note taking” app. Through this “smart note taking” app an iPad user can search text that has been converted from handwritten words, useful for those who are looking to have seamless integration between what they write and their technology.

Apart from this, Vision Object has also declared that they will soon launch their cloud-based services that will allow developers to create their own handwriting recognition apps using the firm’s top tier technology. Hang on tight as a plethora of new services are coming your way from this brilliant firm.
